We currently deliver to UK addresses only. Delivery times are from dispatch and are estimates; very occasionally the courier takes a little longer.
Dispatch
- Orders placed before 2pm on a working day are dispatched the same day.
- Orders placed after 2pm, at weekends or on bank holidays go out on the next working day.
- You’ll get an email with tracking as soon as your parcel is on its way.
Fresh and frozen bait
Shelf-life baits travel happily by post. Freezer baits are packed to travel and should go straight into the freezer when they arrive. If you won’t be in, let us know and we’ll hold your order rather than leave it sitting in a parcel box.
Something wrong with your parcel?
If your order arrives damaged, or hasn’t turned up within 5 working days, get in touch with your order number and a photo if anything’s damaged. We’ll put it right.
